[guardian-dev] Orbot 15.2.0 RC 5 for ARM is out

I've gone back to generating a single build for both ARM and x86/ATOM
devices. Google Play doesn't seem to handle delivering the right build
to the right device, so I am getting a lot of disgruntled reports from
Asus ZenPhone and Galaxy Tab 3.0 users on ATOM devices. There are a
surprising amount of these users.

I was hopefully to keep Orbot under 10MB, and had it down to 7MB, but
now we are back up at 12-13MB. A small price to pay for a simpler
distribution method....
