[guardian-dev] Orbot: New Hidden Services setup and Intent Service

I have finished the changes, but I have realized that the applications must
be able to eliminate the services that have been registered via Intent
Service.

I will implement this feature before making the merge request.

Everything spoken in previous threads is implemented in this branch:

This is an application example that requests a hidden service and backsup
the private key:

You can restore a saved key , but is not at the example code yet.
