[guardian-dev] IOCipher v0.4: full support for Android 7.x and more

Yes, I had a bug, that I forgot creating folders :) But it worked, until I
update to this version and looking like idiot in logs why doesn't work :)
I agree that this is a correct behaviour now. Just wrote that as a note for
other users of IOCipher :)
