[guardian-dev] No longer maintained: GnuPG for Android, Lil' Debi, NoteCipher

Thanks for the update. Bittersweet, but glad the team can be more
explicitly focussed :)

Given that L'il Debi was the de facto flagship for reproducible builds, is
there a new project to track for those interested in such exciting rocketry?
