Thanks for any more feedback and testing...

We are having reports of total failure on install regression on some
devices like a Blackphone and Samsung w/ Lineage:
https://github.com/n8fr8/orbot/issues/112

If anyone can help reproduce this (I can't currently) and debug, that
would be very helpful.
