The dream would be for TBA to be built reproducibly from source by an
F-Droid server instance hosted by Tor Project themselves. I know Hans is
ready to help them get there, but how long it will take is largely out
of our hands.

Otherwise, in the very short term, having Tor at least host a binary APK
F-Droid repo for alpha/beta and release builds seems like it should
happen pretty soon.
