[guardian-dev] setting up app store metadata on Weblate with Fastlane

So I've been busy setting up Fastlane in our apps with Weblate.  That
makes it drastically easier to merge in new translations and publish to
Google Play and F-Droid.  And our website will soon have the app listing
generated based on this info.  There is still more apps to do, like
Orbot, ObscuraCam, Proofmode.  It is easy to do, see any of the existing
Fastlane setups.

Here's the Hugo "theme" for automatically generating the site from the
