[guardian-dev] draft blog post: Figuring Out Crowdsourced Translation of Websites

I just wrote up a big blog post about our experience with po4a and
markdown translation.  It is meant to serve both as a reference of how
to approach it, as well as mapping out key issues so we know how to
improve them with future funding.  I'd love feedback before I publish.
