[guardian-dev] Rust Dev for Network Code

Hey all. We are looking for deep, part-time expertise here to help us 
through some tricky work with Tor, iOS Network Extensions and really 
anything else we might start utilizing Rust on mobiles for. This work is 
being done in coordination with the Tor Project team, and their "arti" 
(https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/core/arti) Rust rewrite.

As a Rust Mobile Developer with our team, you will be working with the 
latest technologies to build next generation software infrastructure to 
enable confidential communication. This is beyond a simple VPN - you 
will directly evolve the way network circumvention and traffic 
obfuscation techniques function on mobile devices. Your work will 
immediately benefit and impact millions of users around the world.

- Be actively involved in setting product and technical direction
- Develop high-quality software components and libraries for other 
developers to utilize
- Work effectively across different teams to address problems and 
collaboratively arrive at solutions

- Participate in and help transform cutting-edge research into practical

Implement software development best practices and collaborate with other

Your Expertise
- History working on or contributing to open-source projects
- Coding skills in Rust, with some experience in cross-platform 
considerations
- Real experience in complex mobile applications, on either Android or 
iOS, that involve networking and/or privacy concerns
