[guardian-dev] First version of Orbot with Snowflake, 16.4.0 on 2021-01-12?

I'm in the middle of helping to write a research paper on Snowflake, and
I would like to fact-check a claim about Orbot:

	Orbot, a mobile app that provides a VPN-like Tor proxy, added a
	Snowflake client in version 16.4.0 on 2021-01-12.

Does this look correct? I am pretty sure about the version number, but
less sure about the date.

My source for the 16.4.0 version number (actually
16.4.0-RC-1-tor-0.4.4.6) is the release notes:

As for the date, I found different dates with slightly different version
numbers in various APK mirrors:
