*Good Morning from Occupy Boston! *

*Fact of the Day. *The mainstream media noted that President Obama made a
populist speech<http://www.nytimes.com/2011/12/07/us/politics/obama-strikes-populist-chord-with-speech-in-heartland.html?_r=1&hp>yesterday
playing to concerns highlighted by the Occupy movement. He is also
competing with Mitt Romney to see who can get the most
billionaires<http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/in-race-for-campaign-funds-from-billionaires-romney-outpaces-obama/2011/12/01/gIQAxQLsXO_story.html?hpid=z1&sub=AR&wpisrc=nl_wonk>
 to back their campaigns.

*News from Occupy Boston. *Most Massachusetts
residents<http://www.wbur.org/2011/12/06/wbur-massachusetts-economic-poll>
believe the next generation will be worse off than the current one. With a
recent OECD report highlighting a sharp and continuous rise in income
inequality<http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/ezra-klein/post/oecd-inequality-is-growing-almost-everywhere/2011/12/05/gIQAqSbqWO_blog.html#excerpt>
across
the developed world, that is probably true. If you want to help change
that; come to Dewey Square, in the heart of the financial district, in the
shadow the Federal Reserve, and Occupy Boston.

*News from other Occupies. *Occupy protesters began protecting and reclaiming
foreclosed homes
<http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2011/12/06/occupy-protesters-reclaiming-foreclosed-homes-in-20-cities/>in
20 cities across the country yesterday, as part of the Occupy Our Homes
campaign.
