*Democracy Brewing* will be a worker-owned brewery and pub committed to
making great beer and supporting the community. They plan to open their
doors in 2017 with the mission to re-create the traditional "public house,"
brew the best beer in Boston, and serve it in combination with two great
American ideals: democracy, and owning your own business.



*Democracy Brewing* is offering an annual return (dividend) on investments
with the opportunity to get the principle back after 5 years.  Democracy
Brewing also accepts tax-deductible donations.  Democracy Brewing is
incorporated as a Cooperative Corporation, intent on creating good jobs and
contributing to a strong democratic economy in Boston.



*Democracy Brewing* needs to raise equity in order to access loans and
fully finance its start up. *Democracy Brewing* is seeking approval from
the state to sell shares of dividend-paying stock to Massachusetts
residents through a direct public offering (DPO). Approval for the DPO is
expected in the next few weeks.



The minimum investment is $2,000 with an annual targeted dividend payment
rate of 5% and the investment can be given back after 5 years. Space is
