[Service-advisories] problem with email/mailman list server resolved

After moving our email list/mailman services to a new hardware, we
experienced a day of very slow delivery of list messages. The delay was
due to a misconfiguration of the new server causing all outgoing
messages to be scanned for viruses and spam, which in turn created a
very large queue of messages waiting to be sent. The new server has beem
now properly configured to only scan incoming messages.
