[Service-advisories] list email sent via lists.mayfirst.org (leslie) encountered delays, working now

Due to a memory error (that is still being investigated), email list
traffic send to lists.mayfirst.org (leslie.mayfirst.org) was delayed,
starting February 12 at 11:35 pm America/New York time. The problem was
resolved on February 13 at 2:00 pm America/New York time. All messages
sent should be properly delivered (although delayed).
