[Service-advisories] server maintenance - brief downtime expected on fred and gramsci

On Thursday, January 8 between 6 and 9 pm America/New York time, we are
planning to upgrade the physical servers fred and gramsci, which will
affect all virtual servers listed in the Servers Affected header above.
On fred we will be moving the hard drives into a new more powerful
machine. On gramsci we will be doubling the available RAM.

We expect about 10 - 15 minutes of downtime.
