[Service-advisories] offsite backup location is down due to problem with upstream provider

Due to a problem with our upstream provider, our remote backup location
is currently offline. According to our provider (Speakeasy):

	Speakeasy is aware of a network issue affecting connectivity nation
	wide. We are investigating this issue and appreciate your patience. 

This outage *only* affects offsite backups and colo partners hosted in
Sunset Park. Most services are running normally.
