[Service-advisories] fannie temporarily down for upgrade

Date: 2010-02-09

As of 11:00 pm America/New_York time today, fannie, the offsite backup
virtual server hosted on melanie (which provides b.backup.mayfirst.org),
is temporarily offline as we move it to a server with more disk space.

We expect fannie to be online again by the end of the day today.
