[Service-advisories] malcolm down, working on recovery

The standard server malcolm is currently down due to filesystem errors).
The web server on apache went down at 6:30 am America/New_York time and
we brought down the entire server for maintenance at 7:45 am. We are
currently fixing thoese errors and expect malcolm to be back up by 9:00
am.
