[Service-advisories] Follow up from membership meeting on julia data loss

Hello MFPL members,

Thanks to everyone who attended the membership meeting last Wednesday
regarding julia.mayfirst.org.

We've put up comprehensive notes on the meeting here:

Please help us continue this conversation, whether or not you were able
to attend the meeting or were affected by the data loss. Feel free to

I've been nominated to head up an ad-hoc committee of people who want to
continue working on this issue to bring our proposals to the leadership
committee, make implementation decisions and ensure we follow through
with these plans so we never experience this problem again.
