A searchable directory for Municipalities! Find It Cambridge is an online hub connecting residents withprograms,
events and resources. Micky will give an overview of http://finditcambridge.org

The City of Cambridge is publishing the source code of its
successfulFind It Cambridgewebplatform. The project will be available
for any city to use or improve upon.
Extensive user research with Cambridge residents drove the original
design. The city surveyed and interviewed hundreds of people who live
and work in Cambridge. Those findings were translated into user personas
that drove the site's design. For Find It Cambridge 2.0, city staff
gathered feedback through usability tests at the library and other
places throughout the city.
Currently the new Find It site is set to launch September 2nd, 2019. To
