[Ssc-dev] Looking for ObscuraCam stats

See attached for the latest stats from Gibberbot. Some data points as of
today:

* 12300 total installs
* 4372 active installs (35%)
* As of June 30th, 3.12K installs
* In July that number climbed to over 4K, where it's stayed since
