[Ssc-dev] ARSE: Async Remote Scrum Event

I'll be the next ARSE:

Working on SSCVIdeoProto, specifically still working on getting a usable region creation process in place.  

It still looks bad but it is getting there under the hood.

Next up is UI implementation.
