[Ssc-dev] SSCXFer: our video uploader app

I've finally made some good headway on getting the secure video
uploading capability online, and I am calling it SSCXfer for now.

I've forked the Vidiom.mobi app, removed its video recorder feature (as
well as twitter and facebook integration), in order to pare it down to
be a lean mean onion-routing video uploading machine.

I just uploaded a short clip to VideoBin.org using HTTP over Tor - yay!
Next up is to do the same with HTTPS to YouTube. We can also easily
integrate others video upload services, sites, as necessary, but I think
YouTube and VideoBin (open source, self hostable), are probably enough
to start with.

The basic features, for review are:
- ability to upload video over Tor
- ability to upload using HTTP/S
- ability to throttle upload speed
- ability to resume uploads in case of dropped network
