[Ssc-dev] Metadata Spec: First Draft

I just pushed my first draft of the metadata spec (with documentation).  I
will soon update with specific documentation regarding how we will handle
EXIF data (using pre-existing namespaces), but I would like you all to have
a look and give some feedback as well.

Also curious to hear about the YouTube meeting (which was today, if memory
serves?) as it might give us some more info about how to sync up our efforts
regarding video metadata in the future.
