[Ssc-dev] digital signatures for human rights videos

Hi all,

I case you haven't run across this already.  U. Washington's information
school is setting up a system to sign videos they're collecting from the
Rwandan Tribunal to ensure they haven't been tampered with.

They're using SHA-512.  Might be useful to coordinate with them when we get
to the point where we want to sign stuff.
