[Ssc-dev] Wireframing

Hey Bryan -
You guys shouldn't have a problem getting a license for WITNESS - check
out http://balsamiq.com/free and shoot them an email. They were very
responsive when we made our request.

A drawback to their software is that their app is built on Adobe AIR -
but in my experience none of the other web-based mockup solutions has
been quite as usable.
