[Ssc-dev] [Guardian-internal] face recognition abounds

Separately, I also just made this point to Katrin, that ultimately the
more facial detection and recognition that Google offers in their
platform, that as long as we can use it for our own goals/ends, it can
be a good thing. The architecture of how Google exposes this is
critical, especially if it is done on the handset vs. done on in the cloud.
