[Ssc-dev] "test" in the market...

I've uploaded the app into the market, with all the promo materials that
Derek and I have created. While its "in the market", it isn't being
actively publicised. This will just help us sort through the public
language, about pages, etc that we want to promote, and also test the
download, upgrade, process, etc.

You will have to delete any existing ObscuraCam build before installing
the one from the market, because it is signed by the official Guardian
Project production release key.
