Yes, I believe that is the way we are doing things, when you take a picture with the camera from the app, it leaves the unredacted version around.

Every time the user saves, a new file is created.  So if the user saves 5 times, 5 images are created.  If we want that to change, we have to think through the lifecycle implications.
