[Ssc-dev] Jpeg redaction library

I don't have a tutorial in particular to recommend, I just learned the  
basics of it recently, its not too hard.  I mostly learn by reading  
code, then searching around for specific questions, so I don't have a  
tutorial to recommend.

If you are not interested in doing the JNI stuff, I think your time  
could be more valuable on other aspects.  But if you want to try it  
out, I'm happy to help where I can.
