Dang it. Works fine on my Samsung. Must one of those "this device does
it this way, and this does it the other way" type problems. Will debug
on Nexus.

Yes good call. Especially important with high-res photos where the
detected region can be quite small.

Yeah, there is this weird double jumpy thing going on, as well as some
precision issues with scale "Matrix" mapping.
