[Ssc-dev] virtual scrum update

Since we didn't schedule a formal scrum today, I think everyone should
just send a quick email out WRT where they are at.

- I have been cranking on Obscurav1.2 updates, which basically turned
into rewriting the entire region/drag/resize code. I have about 4 hours
left of work on that today to finish it up.

The latest debug build is here:
http://guardianproject.info/builds/Obscura/2011-10-19_18-01-06/SecureSmartCam-debug.apk

- I also need to merge in Harlo's "Identify" UI code which we will be
included in this release of ObscuraCam as an initial attempt at consent,
as well as other human rights doc oriented features.

- Harlo and I are writing a spec for InformaCam to pull together all the
features we expect it to have. This is currently available through our
etherpad team site: http://guardianproject.ietherpad.com/

- I will be talking with everyone about the available hours/funding for
this second phase of work, but so far, it is in line with Phase I. We
also have $6000 equipment/service/gear budget which I need to talk with
Bryan about. We definitely need a wider variety of test devices, but we
also may want to shift some of that funding back to people.

- Derek and I (and Sam I think as well?) will be at the Silicon Valley
Human Rights conf (http://rightscon.org) next week in SF, and we'll be
heavily promoting our work on SSC.

That is all for now...
