It would be great to get back to doing a set weekly meeting.
Here are the days/times I can do: Monday any time, Wednesday any time, Thursday afternoons and Friday any time.
Nathan, can you explain the need to rewrite the region/drag/resize code? Would be helpful to know, especially as I am working on that on the video side.
I have gotten a start on the "video editor". Essentially I have in place an Activity which wraps a MediaPlayer and scrubber and have been working on mocking up the UI/UX for the regions. My next step is to put a quick region creation method in there along with the ability to modify the in/out timecode and region position. I have been checking the code into the SSCVideoProto repo: https://github.com/guardianproject/SSCVideoProto
Finally, I'll be away the second half of next week, in Abu Dhabi attending the "NYUAD International Hackathon for Social Good in the Arab World". I'll look for opportunities to talk about our projects!
