[Ssc-dev] Video Mockups

I've done some high-level mockups for Video Obscura based on today's
scrum session. The main ideas are to stay as consistent as possible with
ObscuraCamv1 for interaction and manipulation of redaction regions,
while bringing video into the mix in an obvious / intuitive way.

The trickiest part is determining how to capture tagged region
information across video, since subjects aren't always stationary. Below
is a quick walkthrough of what I'm proposing - PLEASE have a look and
provide feedback.

Basics:
* Lower portion of screen is devoted to displaying information about
regions present in a video. The first three mockups show zero or one
region defined - the last shows the behavior when there are multiple.
* Creating and selecting regions happens the same way as in
ObscuraCamv1, except they should have a default duration that they last
- perhaps some fraction of the video length. Manipulation of regions is
same as current.
* When you select a region, its corresponding track should be
highlighted as well.
* You can expand the duration of a region by dragging its bounds left or
right. By default the region will stay stationary in its start or ending
position when this is done.

Some of the more nuanced parts:
* Two buttons on the right are Play/Pause and Record. The former is
somewhat self-explanatory, but regions should *not* be editable during
straight playback. This provides something of a preview option for the
user. Regions *are* editable when paused.
* The Record button is only selectable when a region is active, and will
play back the video segment that corresponds to that region. During
playback, the region can be manipulated, and this is tracked and
recorded -- this way we (hopefully) can cut back on the amount of time
that we need to spend processing that region tracking information.
