[Ssc-dev] updated ffmpeg build

How about once you have one that works for you, just check it into the
SSCVideoProto git?  I can easily check one in, but I figured it would be
best if you choose the build to include since you are in the best place
to make the call whether the build is working well.

I tried to get the app working, but I didn't get far.  It runs and shows
video, but I can't seem to get it to do anything.
