[Ssc-dev] Native JpegRedact back in!

Try out the latest ObscuraCam build from https://guardianproject.info/builds

it has the native code in from the latest check in early this morning.

If you use only redact or pixelize filters, the Saved output will be at full resolution.

There is no prompt to the user about this for now. Maybe we can have a one time notice in a future release.
