[Ssc-dev] NMEA libs for GPS data streams

Harlo and I were just digging into NMEA format for GPS data.  It is a format designed for streaming GPS data from one marine navigation device to another, and seems to be a pretty widely used standard.  Standalone GPS units output in NMEA formats and Google Earth will accept a realtime NMEA stream for controlling position.

I was looking at NMEA libs for in C related to OLSR Mesh but a Java lib makes more sense for InformaCam:
