[Ssc-dev] Scalado Remove

If we can get our hands on the tracking aspect of it, then it would help
a lot to automate the blurring of faces in video.  I believe there are
some free software packages that do that kind of thing, or perhaps even
opencv.  But my guess is setting up for the phone is a project in irself.
