[Ssc-dev] YT Blur vs. ObscuraCam

Hi all,

Here's a comparison of YT blur vs. ObscuraCam I sent to Sam for a public
google hangout he's doing later today, one of the things he's asking about
is how big the blur region should be.

Both clips use fully automated face detection and blurring, but Obscura
occasionally misses part of the face, while YT gets around this by making
the region overly huge.  I'm wondering if there's better middle ground
between the two.
