[Ssc-dev] InformaCam wizard fix

Harlo,

I pushed a small fix to the way you were handling the minimum password
length requirement in the new InformaCam wizard. It wasn't working at
all actually (was trying to react to layout change event?), so I made it
now work by having it respond to textChange events.

I am working the rest of code now/tomorrow, and testing on ICS 4.0.3
