[Ssc-dev] Updates on IBA, SXSW

Hi all,

I meant to get you guys an update on what's happening with the IBA.
 They're are happy with the LOU and the initial funding should be coming
through shortly.  I also spoke to Mark and he would like to set up a
brainstorming session on how to build out the backend, for some time in
April or later, and will try to find some funding to support that work as
well.

SXSW is coming up and we are planning to put out a press release about the
launch of ObscuraCam for video and how we are releasing it in conjunction
with our talks at SXSW.  This means we should hold off on doing any
public announcements until 3/12 when we do the sessions.  Also we are going
to do a public outreach campaign to get people to blur our their faces on
Monday to get some attention about the app.
