And I have some technical questions before we make some promises in the GLSP project.  I think it could be interesting to have the option to make the farmworker app wake up the phone regularly to sample all of the data sources.  That would then give us a picture of where that person was for the whole day.

To do that, we would need to automate these on Android:
- wake up  (set an alarm?  something more straightforward?)
- sleep (not strictly necessary since the phone will sleep itself)
- Airplane mode
- bluetooth

Anyone know how feasible that is?
