[Ssc-dev] recommendation on android tablets/phones

Hi all,

I'm looking to spec out devices for testing InformaCam out in the wild.

It looks like the Samsung Galaxy 5.0 is still the best bag for the buck but
wanted to check with the team.

Features I'm looking for:

good rear facing camera (3mp or greater)
small form factor (7 inches or less)
not too expensive ($300 or less)

Would it be smarter to go with an android phone? The cameras seem to be
much better on the phones but we are trying to avoid location tracking by
carriers.
