[Ssc-dev] recommendation on android tablets/phones

You can still make emergency calls without a SIM so I don't think removing
the SIM is enough to stop it talking to the towers and being tracked.
Being paranoid, I suppose it's feasible for a hacked OS to only pretend to
be in airplane mode, but still check-in occasionally.
