There is a new "eyeWitness" context, so you will have to figure out the
key/code to submit to it.

Make sure you also call the appropriate APi for submitting the tip and
selecting the receivers, as we want the notification emails to trigger
from the Globaleaks server.

Btw, Globaleaks also now support PGP encryption of files and emails to
the keys of the receiver indicated. This means we can add an extra level
of security while the files site on the server here, by having them
encrypted to the organization's public key.
