[Ssc-dev] J3M-ID / Public_hash Questions

I've addressed that one today: https://dev.guardianproject.info/issues/2746

However, I did re-install ffmpeg to the app's corresponding version and
we're still not verifying correctly.  I'll try removing ffmpeg entirely and
do a fresh install later, hoping that works.
