[Ssc-dev] InformaCam hands-on @witness

There is only one value now, "Public J3M Hash".  I took out the Media Hash
(for now) to prevent confusion (!) and because as of yet, the Media Hash is
not reliable.  (That'll be changing soon, though.)

There are no changes to how we send off media, so you should be able to
upload files just as before.
