Carrie and David,

This is great work (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Waw23u0tXn4) -
obviously a great step forward in simplicity.

My primary comment is that I think the settings and panic options should
not be at the same level of the other options. I think we should stick
with the convention of putting those in the top action/menu bar.

Perhaps those two slots on the main screen could be used for bringing up
two important feature to the top:

UPLOAD: direct option to upload to IBA/default org, the last media
capture from the home screen

SHARE: direct option to share last media file via Android share intents.

I think the ability to quickly capture and upload w/o annotation is
important to surface, and again, i don't think SETTINGS and PANIC need
to be equivalent full size tiles.
