nothing in the M to RTF out of, yet, but you (as an informacam server
admin) would choose the "import media" option, and upload the photo. after
parsing, this image would have a warning flag on it saying that it was an
out-of-loop import so its authenticity could be contested. this should
still work on our demo server, but I have not been monitoring the server
for *quite awhile* because I'm currently refactoring all our client->server
code.  the relevant code can be found here:

I would not consider this code finalized.
