[Ssc-dev] phones and service for GLSP

We should compare that to Boost, Cricket, etc and other prepaid providers. I do love Ting, but doing a quick market and service coverage comparison is a good idea.
Ting is a Sprint MVNO, so I wonder how coverage compares to say a Tmobile or Verizon mvno in the target areas.
